I love making cupcakes cookies, the possibilities are endless and you can use so many colors.I feel people always tent to go for the pink, but I I have seen many cupcakes cookies using unconventional colors and they are adorable.
I made these cookies for a birthday party, I made 2 sizes, the larger ones were given as cookie favors and the smaller ones were mean to eat at the party.
These other cookies were for a Cupcake Theme Baby Shower in MA.
Shipping cookies is very stressful, I always pack them so well and I have never had any problems so far. ( crossing fingers here). But as soon as I leave the box in the hands of the carrier I feel already stress. It doesn't matter how much packing peanuts, bubble wrap or air packets I use, I can't be in pease until I hear from my client. If you sell your cookies... Have this ever happened to you?
These are darling, Kathia! I love anything cupcake shaped. Those little candy cherries are so perfect.
ReplyDeleteKhatia!!! TRemendo arte tienes!!!!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteUn besito
i sooo looove these!
ReplyDeleteHello Kathia - I don't ship my products, but I can relate to the stress. Last week I agreed to make and deliver a same-day cake! What was I thinking?! When the cake was ready the frosting was the consistancy of pudding, not the cement-like features of chilled buttercream. My daughter came with me for the delivery and was my eyes as I manouvered pot-holes, corners and a bumpy railway track. I was close to hyperventilating when we arrived, but shockingly the cake was fine. I will not do that again!
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine the stress of waiting for the mailman to come through! Thanks for your beautiful post.

Preciosas!!!
YUM! I made over 80 bikini cookies for my sisters wedding in Mexico. I carried those cookies through three airports and customs like they were made of glass and could explode at any second. Also if you would like to try out a shipping style I will be happy to donate myself as a test subject. =)
ReplyDeleteYour cookies are always so beautiful. Pink and brown work so nicely together. I can imagine shipping cookies is very stressful. I've never mailed anything before but I have been on a number of long bus trips delivering cakes and cupcakes, talk about scary.
ReplyDeleteBsssss.
Gorgeous little cookies! Shipping is always a worry, especially if the cookies have appendages. Learned a long time ago never to mark a box as Fragile as it is just a magnet for shippers to toss it around like it was a rubber ball. I just pack them up well and make sure that the box of cookies has no movement when shaken back and forth.
ReplyDeletewoo those cookies are amazing i love your work and details..you are a wonderful person and decorator....
ReplyDeleteUn besote wpa!!
Qué bonitas te han quedado las galletas! Me encantan! Y tambiém me gusta mucho el envoltorio.
ReplyDeleteBesos!
I don't sell my cookies, but I do ship them to my kids and grandkids. I just wrap and pack them well with bubble wrap. As far as I know, most of them arrive intact. These cupcake cookies are adorable!
ReplyDeleteGreat looking cupcake cookies. I too remember the stress filled times when I needed to pack anc ship cookies. You should have seen the first order I ever did for a wedding, I packed them in some crazy foam contraptions. It was certainly overkill but they got there safe and sound. I love the bows you use on your bags and the addition of the tag is really, really cute too! Sweetly done.
ReplyDeleteHola.
Those are precious! I could really eat one of those right about now;)

ReplyDeletemy fave, cupcakes!!!
I LOVE these cupcake cookies, Kathia! I know what you mean about packing. I just ship to friends and family, but still don't want them broken. I can imagine that I would be a nervous wreck if they were shipped to a paying customer! :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I've never had to ship cookies but I can imagine how stressful it would be!
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
ReplyDeleteThose are too stinkin cute!!!! I love them. I'm just starting to try my hand at this type of cookie. It's a heck of a lot of work... so kudos to you. They look great!
ReplyDeleteThe cookies look awesome. Luckily, I don't [yet] to have war with the shipping gods!
ReplyDeletevery cute! I completely understand what you are saying about shipping cookies, though. It's really my least favorite thing...so stressful and I while the majority of the time things arrive fine I have had some breakage.
