First Communion Sugar Cookies

This past week has been really busy for me. I have been working every night baking and cookie and cake decorating. I am really tired but very pleased with the results. All of my clients were really happy, so was my wallet! Here are a few pics of the process for this First Communion Cookie order. Here I am piping the borders of every cookie with royal icing. Then I have to let them set of a little while, since I made 50 cookies by the time I was done piping the last cookie I was ready to start flooding the first ones .
Here I am flooding the cookies with royal icing.
For this part you can use a toot pick, I use a brush instead because it was faster.

I let the royal icing set and then I piped all the details.

Here they are ready to go. I separate then in the container with wax paper
