Princess Cake

This is my first Princess Cake ever. I have to say that I thought it was going to be really easy to make, but it wasn't. I had a little issue with the structure of the cake, I am sure I'm going to plan better next time and of course, do a better dress. I delivered this cake last weekend  with the Hello Kitty Cake and the cookie favors. I am sure these little girls had a blast at their party.

I have never had to make a princess doll dress cake either, but I think you did an amazing job on it! We all know it is so hard to make fondant look and lay like fabric, but your pleating looks great!

Getting the fondant very thin and laying it to look like fabric was one of my biggest problems. The cake was a good leraning experience for me.Thank you so much for your sweet comment.

Kathia, pero si te quedó preciosa! si tuviste problemas sin duda los solucionaste con éxito porque está realmente bonita!
Seguro que a las niñas les encantaron sus tartas.

That skirt looks so flowing and fabric-like! I'm sure it wasn't easy! Great job!
