Naturally Nora Cookie Mix Review and Giveaway

I have told you before that I'm not a fan of baking mixes,I sell cakes and cookies , therefore I feel the responsibility that everything I bake has to be from scratch.
But being a busy mom, working full time and having a baby on the way I feel that is ok to "cheat" sometimes. Time around my house is so tight, and I am sure some of you are in the same boat as me, so I want to go the easy but still nutritious way specially if I can use a good  quality mix. .

Look at this Chocolate Chunk Cookies... they were so good and moist, so yummy!
and I also added some caramel candy to some of them, you know, to make them extra special.

I made these cookies using a cookie mix, a really good one.

Have you heard of Naturally Nora?
Their products  are made entirely from all natural ingredients. No artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or hydrogenated oils. They also can be prepared dairy or soy-free and are kosher.
Not only naturally Nora has cookie mixes, but they also have frostings, cake mixes and brownie mixes. They think that great tasting food should be created in a kitchen, not a laboratory.
Don't we agree with that?

Naturally Nora send me a box of goodies to try and they also want to send some your way. I added two small cookie baking sheets along with the mixes, so there is no excuse and the winner can start baking right away.

Oooh! Those look so yummy! I love using cake mixes but adding a few special ingredients to them. They can be pretty excellent and I never have to worry about them not turning out. I'd love to give this cookie mix a try! Thanks for the chance to win.

These sounds amazing! I would love to try them out. I have to admit...I'm skeptical of cake/cookie mixes. I grew up in an anti-mix family and we just don't believe in them. I don't think they taste as good. But, with this rave review coming from YOU, I'm very, very excited about giving them a try. Thank you so much for the fun giveaway!

I generally shy away from cake/cookie/brownie mixes because I'm trying to cut back on super processed foods - plus homemade is always better. But these look really good, I hadn't heard of them but I like that there are all natural options out there for when there just isn't time to bake from scratch. I'd love to try them! :)

I have no problem using mixes and think they can be used to enhance a recipe. And they save a crapload of time.

I am totally not against mixes - in fact I grew up on them, BUT I normally make mine from scratch because I just normally have all the ingredients on hand! I would love to find a mix that I thought tasted as good as homemade!

I don't always use mixes, but in some recipes it makes it a lot easier! Or if I'm in a hurry. Plus, cake mix is good for my husband who has to eat cake with no frosting. Silly, I know.

I'm with you, I don't feel comfortable using cake mixes. I have been to parties where the cake was ordered from a home baker, and the cake was made from a cake box mix, and the guests were openly criticising the baker. But then again, I have heard people talk bad about my own scratch cakes. I'm kind of torn between this.
I have not came across a white cake recipe I like, so I have opted for a white cake box mix, my customers can't seem to tell it came from a box! I get good reviews all the time! I do make a chocolate, carrot, red velvet, and a buttermilk cake completely from scratch. I just can't seem to get a white cake right! Thats where the mixes come in place for me.

I like using mixes and adding to them. No one ever complains about a mix! They think it's some amazing from scratch cake. I say don't hate on mixes till you try to make one from scratch yourself! ha! It can be tougher than it seems.

OvenDelights... I am the same way!!! I can do other cakes from scratch but I have yet to find a good white cake from scratch. Mine always come out dry.

I like using mixes for glueten free recipes because they can be some of the most challenging cookies to make from scratch. I love using box mix for cake pops as well! It comes out perfect every time and so delicious. Otherwise, I bake from scratch :)

I'm with you on cake mixes. I don't like using them, but that is the type and flavor that many people expect. I do really like using brownie mixes.
