This cake was for a retirement party. The honoree is a shoe lover, she even has a big closet just for her shoes. The lid is fake. I used Styrofoam covered with fondant. The tissue paper is made out of 50%
gumpaste and 50% fondant. I attached with royal icing.

Oh just came across this from a link to your latest shoes. They look like some old designer shoes I have that cost me hundreds of dollars but I haven't worn since I had the baby either LOL
