Caramel Macchiato Cream infused into whipped cream and dulce de leche with roasted almonds- Topping.




Are you in the mood for a yummy and super easy to make topping? what about using an unexpected ingredient to make the topping unique and full of flavour?
Well this is what I have for you today....
Caramel Macchiato Cream infused into whipped cream and dulce de leche with roasted almonds topping.


Sweet cream has always been a favorite of mine and this time I tried adding a few teaspoons of my favorite International Delight Caramel Macchito Cream in this topping and I loved the resulst!

The super easy recipe:
For the whipped cream:
-1 cup of heavy cream
-1 tablespoon of confectioners sugar
-1 teaspoon of Caramel Macchiato International Delight Cream
Using a whisk, begin whipping the cold cream with wide strokes, which will get more air into the cream and help fluff it up faster. When the cream starts to thicken,add sugar and the caramel macchiato cream .Continue beating the mixture until soft peaks form.
Set aside

In a small bowl mix one teaspoon of the macchiato cream and 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche ( you can find it at most groceries stores in the Hispanic food aisle)


Mix until the mixture becomes pourable

Now set up a yummy treat. We are ice cream lovers at home, so that's what I used, but this topping will be delicious with fresh fruit, brownies and even cake!


Layer 2 scoops of ice cream, a few banana slices, 1 teaspoon of the dulce de leche mix and roasted almonds in a jar.Keep layering until the jar is almost full.

Top the jar with 1/2 cup of the whipped cream that you previously made, the dulce de leche and roasted almonds.
