Cookie Town...













Isn't this one cute? I pipe royal icing, let it set, them paint it with pear luster dust . I could have used black icing for the legs, but I was so tired that I decided to just paint it with an eatable black market.

Yes, those sauces all work great for pasta but triple or quadruple the recipe. Basically you're looking to start with 1 1/2 to 2 cups of heavy cream.

I made the pesto cream for my homemade ravioli last weekend.
