My Lazy Birthday Cake
I am sorry to disappoint you. My birthday cake was made of left over cake and butter cream. I made it Sunday at 1:30 am, I was tired and with no energy left. This was my easy way out.
As you can see, I didn't even worry about covering the cake nicely with fondant, I didn't even cut the left over fondant on the sides, my excuse the next day:: Skirt style ( sure!! I just made out that word with my poor costarrican English)

I love it - skirt style! Happy Birthday! Welcome to 35 - it is not too shabby if I do say so myself!
I happen to think "skirt style" looks like a super cute hat with amazing flowers on it.
I imagine you were totally worn-out by that time and needed a break badly. I'm happy you had a good Birthday though.
